Generally overall a decent mechanic. I got my car back in may of 2014. like all people who buy used cars from him, he gives them a 50% discount on repairs if neeeded. I did need a few repairs, such as the starter which was repaired twice (the second time was under the manufacturer warranty so it was free) and some valve seals. The only problem I've ever actually had with his work was when my car was misfiring. He did some smaller repairs, but the car would misfire again after a while. Another mechanic told us that the fuel pump in the engine needed replacing (this mechaninc charged a bit too much however). by January of 2015, all of the issues had been worked out. i still go to raymans for my inspections and oil changes, but i havent neede any major repairs for a while.
I just bought my third car from John. Each time it is been perfect and painless.
The man seemed to be drunk and took forever with what he was doing. He put my credit card on someone else's truck and I had to turn around to start over. He was rude and had an attitude me and my pregnant sister did not appreciate. He also delayed our moving time by serving other guests before us even though we were here first. Always some kind of issue. Next time we will rent from uhaul elsewhere
Came here to get a uhaul to move from my apartment. I ordered it online and everything was ready when I arrived. The man who helped us there was a brutally honest sweetheart with a side of comedy. He was very helpful for my first uhaul experience. I will go back here if I need another uhaul in the future!
