Not bad people ...but after my car anytime I called with a big or small problem I never could get a straight answer or any help basically the run around. Told me when my power steering went out which was a recall, they told me they didn't have any cars I can drive while mines getting worked on well I've only had the car 3 months at this point. THEY Didn't really stick there kneck out to help me. So Sinclair ford on s.Lindbergh got me in that week,they would return my calls and answer my questions. Fixed everything no cost.I got the service i was looking for there.

Go to a different, more reputable dealership. Go into it knowing what you're getting. Do your research. Tell them to ask permission before each new credit check.
Thanks to Chuck Kilgore I was able to get a 2010 Caravan for my daughter. This is the second vehicle I bought from McMahon/Shicker. I look forward to working with Chuck again in the future.
I bought a Nissan Leaf and the guy told me how great it was and how many miles it had. He was completely ignorant to what he was selling me and after he car only drove HALF of the promised miles he refused to return or exchange it. Paid 2k above KBB because I went into it completely uninformed.

Terrible place. Ran my credit over FOURTEEN times to get me a loan WITHOUT my permission. Sure, 2-3 Inez would have been fine, but 14 ruined my credit. My credit was already bad enough to barely be able to find a loan, but now I can't even find a place to live.
