Aleksandr Sahbaz was so good and professional that we've never seen someone like him before. He was helpful and made it super easy for us to find the right car. This place is a joke! A complete lie! Do not go here! Interest out the but high down payment and rude service. They constantly want more and more. No matter how much proof of income you give them. It's not a real approval they give You! They refuse to call back after they tell you they will and get all your information including your back account. Aleksander sahbaz is a con artist and even offers to " take you to your bank to get personal information which is a huge red flag and when we backed out

DO NOT GO HERE!! Especially if you want something reliable. My car has never been right since we purchased it. We have already had to replace the engine plus thousands of dollars in repairs. We do regular maintenance on the vehicle. My check engine light has never worked. It has been problems after problems. Plus your stuck in the contract. I wanted to get rid of this car within 2 weeks of getting it. Ridiculously high interest. Rude and unhelpful customer service. The extra warranty we purchased is a joke! Save yourself some frustration and don't buy into their gimmicks!!
I Would advise no one buy a car from here unless you have perfect credit, but if you have that why are you here anyways? I feel as if they took complete advantage of me as a very young adult making their first big purchase. Yes, they were nice and friendly, but I barely got $500 for my trade in, and I have over a 22% interest rate!! I am paying over $300 in interest a month, and my payments are $450. But instead of informing me as a clueless 20 year old that I will be paying not only thousands over Kelly blue book, but then over $10,000 in interest for a $14,500 car which was only worth $10,000 at the time. This place is a complete scam. Do not give them a dime of your money.
