The car looked clean on the inside and outside but the underside told another story. We're guessing that story would be on the CarFax.
I came in here late for a car and Brian as well as Marty were so helpful and nice. These very friendly people made my father feel welcome. This is the best car lot and we found a nice clean car and then went back and bought it. We are very happy customers I will tell anybody I know to come back here and buy a car.
I may be a bit partial since these guys are basically life long friends, but I have purchased two vehicles from them over the years and have no complaints. It's hard to find people in the car business that are honest and sincerely want their customers to be happy. Actions speak louder than words, Marty and Brian Isaacs go out of their way to have satisfied customers of which I'm happy to be one!!!!
Why can't they just be forthright, honest? Be truthful, look us in the eye and say we have a car that won't last too terribly long but we can cut a deal??? This is a car for a teen!! Whatever.
I live in Nebraska and was checking internet sites for a certain vehicle. That's when I found it on Isaacs' lot. After talking with Brian a few times on the phone I knew it would be worth the over 900 mile round trip to go look at it. When I looked at the vehicle it was exactly what he described. (No surprises) I drove it home with no problems. It is a little hard to say I will be a repeat customer living so far away, but if there is something is on their lot that I am looking for, I trust Brian and Marty both enough to buy it and have it shipped without actually looking at it in person. Also, on my way home, I received a message from Brian making sure everything was ok. Well after the sale.
HATED IT NOW!!! My teen and I tested a car from Isaacs Auto Sales and were interested in buying. Had it checked out at another trusted auto shop, putting it up on the rack. The car looked like it had been sitting in a creek for years. It was so rusty. We'd asked for a CarFax several times but never got it from Isaacs....HMMM! The owner even faked his way around his office looking for it but said, "I'll have to get that for you." Wonder why he couldn't find it and never did get it to us!?
Bought a 1994 Eagle Talon in March 2014, and it broke down 3 months later, rear crank shaft seal, which will cost me about 500 dollars to fix because it's a foreign motor. They had to know there was a problem with this car....would not buy another car here Lori Ortmann
