As expected, I.T. was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He made sure that all of our questions were answered. The entire experience from the test drive through the purchase was easy and stress-free. The financial process is usually the most stressful. But, Fred made it easy. He made sure that we had plenty of time to review documents and he explained all of the options clearly. we will certainly recommend Suntrup, and especially I.T. to others.

We had great service at Suntrup Hyundai South from the time we walked in the door until all work was completed. It started with the Service department employee Tony. He is a very pleasant man and explained everything in detail. He called and kept us aware of what was going on.
Brought my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport in for it's 42,000 mile check up and oil change the other day. Tim and the service technicians were efficient, polite and thorough. I'm always in awe of the details they tend to that seem ordinary but are actually important like checking windshield wipers and tires. If you have to go for services at least let the experience be fast and easy!
