The entire service department is great - always courteous and prompt. I was dealing with Haley Wendall who was very personable and remembered me and my family from previous visits. She went above and beyond and made me feel as though I was her only concern that day. She found me outside when my car was almost done being washed, went over my paperwork with me and made small talk with me while they were finishing up my car wash. She has great people skills and I trust is a valued employee. I didn't catch his name, but I would also like to say thank you again to the young man who put the spare on for me on Monday for helping me find my eyeglasses when I got ready to leave. I had left them on the dash and couldn't find them, but he was able to locate them for me and help get me on my way. On a previous visit I had dealt with the service department manager (Matt, I believe his name was) and Prince who were both very helpful and courteous. You have a great staff in the service department and should be very proud and appreciative of all of them!
My experience with purchasing a new 4Runner from Weiss was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I worked out all the pricing and trade in details over the phone with our salesman Mike Collins, he gave me the best price in town and had the vehicle detailed and ready to go when we picked it up. Financing was also a breeze, all done online. So all we had to do was sign the loan papers with Amy Patterson and off we went in our new Toyota. Including a test drive we where in and out in just over an hour.

Weiss is who i trust to take care of the maintenance of my Camry. They don't try to sell me services i don't need and those that I do need they explain what it is and why it is important. Tom is the one that handled my car this last time I was in for service. I thought I needed both front and back brakes and he said only the back brakes needed replacing. I have no doubt when i speak to anyone in the service department that they are telling me exactly what they would be telling a family member. Suggesting things that truly need to be replaced or serviced for my safety as well to extend the life of my car. I never hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone that has the need. They are one of the few honest service departments that I have dealt with in my life. What used to be your neighborhood car repair shop, the one right in your area that all locals went to for service or repair because they knew the people and trusted them, that is how I would describe Weiss Toyota.
