I bought my first car almost 2 years ago from Xclusive and I believe that's when they first opened. I was a little skeptical at first because they didn't have a reputation which was reasonable since they were brand new. I went to their lot with a friend and I was just expecting to look around. I was approached by Aleks and he was very friendly and just asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. I realized I really didn't know what I wanted but I told him what I actually needed and my budget. He took the time to show me options for my budget but also something that can last me years to come. I was honestly surprised that there was no "pressure" or pushiness because that's what I was used to from other dealerships. I ended up deciding to go with a RAV4 and Aleks and Ali really took their time to make sure I understood the financing and made me feel comfortable purchasing my first car.
I should have given these guys a rating before but I actually just went back to their new location because my sister in law was looking to get a different car. I can truly say that they really do care about the customers needs and there is never any pressure from the "sales" guy. It didn't feel like their sales guy Aleks just wanted to make a quick buck and sell you a car, but Xclusive really puts the customers needs in mind but more importantly, in my opionion, the customers budget.

To this day, my little RAV4 still runs great. I haven't had any issues and if there comes a day where I want to get a different car, Xclusive is the only place I will go and trust!
