Im Actually late on my post but I could not not post a review on this company. First off me and my mom went into Motor City auto with very lil Faith that no one would be able to do anything for us because of so many previous let downs. My mom was looking for a second vehicle for her doctors appointment and for me her daughter to use every now and then for work. My intial appointment was with Whitney which after me explaining not much money down and fair credit she still promise me they would get us in something. After several hours of what almost seem impossible Joe the finance manager worked his tale off needless to say we walked away with a 2016 Ford Fiesta. And car note very reasonable even got the price of the car dropped during the whole waiting process all the staff was polite socialable very passionate and every one played they part. They did exactly what they said they would and didn't give up til they did. I love Motor City and will definitely be a customer for a long time Motor city and your entire staff you rock!!!! Arnetta and James Thomas and Shouna Reese truly appreciate everything you all did!!!
Bought our first car here in July. If it were not for our salesman Jason being super nice and brand new, I would have walked out without a car FOR SURE. Needless to say, we bought a 2014 Altima. It isna good car aside from the fact that it needed an oil change 2 weeks after I bought it, and the car key battery died after the 3rd week (it is a push to start car). The final straw was that once they sold us the car, they didn't give us ANY info on the lender. WHO are we supposed to pay. WHAT's their phone number. HOW can we reach them. Nothing. And the only way to get in touch with Motor City is to drive there and talk in person. So for me, this was my worst car buying experience so far. Definitely won't be coming back.
