Michelle Thein is AWESOME. The entire process was quick and easy. She offered different options and was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I showed interest in. Almost any dealership you visit will tell you we can get you rolling the same day and you won’t have to wait long... However Michelle said it and meant it. I was in complete shock when she came back and told me congratulations after the test drive.
I like dropping my car off for service and the dealer provides you a ride to work this transportation services are most helpful. The driver Jackie is a great lady and she makes you want to come back to Don Brown. I very happy with the dealership.
I experienced having car issues and immediately brought my vehicle in to Don Brown Chevrolet. I was in no rush for a fix since it was such short notice and also the weekend, and left it with them. They earned 2 stars for being so quick (had the job done in 2.5 hours) which is nice. The problem is that I was charged $424 dollars for labor. Kevin, the service representative, explained that it was 3.2 hours of service including a hour of running the vehicle to ensure there were no issues. What is crazy is that I gave him the OK to work on the car at 12:30 and he called me at 14:57 and told me that it was completed and ready for pick up. That is only 2.5 hours!! His explanation was that labor costs $140/hour. None of this makes sense! That would be $280 and would mean that the car only had 1.5 hours of true labor and 1 hour of the car running which doesn’t require any true labor. It’s ridiculous that I was overcharged and Kevin would not work with me. He was aware that I was unhappy and let it go like it was not a big deal. I do not plan on visiting this establishment again after this.
Did not leave with a car yet but had a wonderful experience with the staff at the dealership. Paul DeYoung, our salesperson was very helpful, engaging, attentive and supportive. I really appreciate his help and his desire to assist us in our possible purchase.
