these are great people that work here. From the front desk to the mechanics everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.
First off, I would give Bimmers a 6 star rating. Greg and his team are very professional. In the midwest area I don't think there is a more knowledgeable team out there. My 93 E36 had a tremendous amount of work done and Greg was no pressure and presented the facts of the car and what needed to be done and help me through my decision. Always remember you get what you pay for and at Bimmers you will get a knowledgeable welcoming staff who are very professional with outstanding work. Your car will be in goods hands with this team.
I recently had some body work done at Bimmers and the entire experience could not have gone smoother. From the moment I brought my car in I could tell they were going to take great care of me. They were extremely informative and knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done and got my car in the following day. They had everything fixed right on schedule and even stayed open 20 mins past close to let me pick my car up so I didn't have to wait another day. The body work was done flawlessly and they had it washed and the interior clean upon pick up. Greg at Bimmers and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with and it will be the only place I let touch my car in the future. I would highly recommended them for any service you may need. Coming from a customer service background I am always looking out for people that go above and beyond and I can confidently say Bimmers is this kind of place. Thanks guys the car looks as good as new.
Greg is awesome. I reluctantly purchased a warranty from another shop when I bought my BMW. I never write reviews, but Greg has made the warranty worth while. He did not have to, but he went the extra mile to save me money. I will buy my next BMW from Greg and recommend you do the same. He really gives a damn about his customers and that is rare these days.
I love this place! the guys are so professional. Recently I worked with the owner Greg having some things done to my M3, through the whole process the communication was outstanding. Also Greg personally has some really cool BMW's, he owns the legendary 1M that was featured on Smoking Tire and many publications. When I came into pick up my car, Greg actually drove his car into work and personally gave me a ride in it! Such a fun experience!
