From start to finish, Autohaus BMW delivers on customer satisfaction. The entire experience was an eye opener to how car dealerships should be and what I was used to them being. This place hands down does everything right! I wish I could buy a car from them every week. It's so refreshing in this line of work to have a company looking out for what's best for you not their wallets. I cannot stress how amazing this dealership is and to buy your next car from them. I would of given 10 stars if I could. My wife and I are from Louisville KY and we drove over 4 hours to buy from Brett Midgley and Autohaus. When my local guys wouldn't call me back, I reached out to Brett. Within 20 minutes I had a quote that was acceptable to us. The worst service I've ever had at any dealership, I will never buy another BMW because of how terrible they handle situations. I paid over $13,000 for Dinan upgrades to my 2013 M6 and have had nothing but problems with the car since. They have had it for almost 3 months now and they still can't figure out why the Dinan upgrades aren't producing the promised results. The communication between Autohaus, Dinan and myself is something you would expect from a driveway mechanic and the ability to actually fix the car which only has 4500 miles on it is sub par by any standards.
I appreciate that Autohaus was able to fit me in for an oil change with little notice. My tire was also making a noise and they were able to fix it relatively quick. My biggest complaint is they left grease all over my seat and foot rest. I asked a service attendant if he could clean it up but he didn't have a towel so he had to take it around back. It took15 minutes to get my car back. Not what I would expect from a luxury car dealership.
Exceptional service was provided to me at Autohaus BMW. I booked my service appointment online. Amanda was my representative and she was very helpful; she discussed the process with me, provided full explanations for any questions and arranged for me to have a very nice loaner car while mine was being serviced. The final charges were very fair and explained thoroughly. I was very happy with the service department at Autohaus and will definitely return in the future.
