The men's service was very unprofessional. I smelled the scent of marijuiana on a few of the men. One of the men made a smart remark when my grandson, who is two years old, attempted to hand him a piece of candy and he remarked " What is that? Crack? I was outraged and asked the gentleman why would he say that to a two year old, or anyone. I think overrall the service of the men and the owner was horrible and I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. The only thing they did correct was show up on time at 8:00 am
I had my 4 bedroom house moved this past week and the service was nothing less than horrible. There were four men that showed up at 8:00 am like they did not want work to do. The men complained about the amount of furnture that needed to be moved from start to finish. They took their time moving furinture and boxes when it was not necessary. Within the first hour, I was suprised at how little was done. The men were also rude and made unnecessary and rude comments to my 2 year old grandson. The men also kept taking constant smoke breaks which further delayed the moving process. They took a total of 5 hours, which I deemed unneccessary. I was quoted 3 hours for the amount of rooms and furniture and rooms I told the owner but when they say the work ahead of them, they took their time. Various furniture items were taken apart and piece were either lost or stored improperly. My dinning room table had missing piece and glass pictures were chipped.
