They will help you acquire the moving van you need to escape your current personal housing prison that has turned into a life that is one long rolling panic attack. Everyone will tell you that the geographical fix to your problems won't work, but it can help if you sit in your apartment and all you can think of is setting the entire complex on fire and watching it burn from a high hill on a windy overcast day in March while drinking a Spanish red blend wine and waiting for the sky to fall. This place has what you need to get where you might want to be.
Quick service and they know what they are doing. U-Haul has been around a long time. The trailer I rented was in great condition. They help hook it up for you and make sure you're comfortable with the equipment. Suggestion: very busy on the weekends and near the end of the month. Allow for that time. They sometimes have others waiting for the equipment you reserved so if your an hour+ late for pickup, they may give it away to a waiting customer. Be prompt.

This is an older building, but is clean and well maintained. The company I work for uses this place to store company owned equipment. It is secure, (ACCESS CODE REQUIRED TO ENTER AND CAMERAS EVERYWHERE) but still allows us access to our equipment 24-7. REALLY NICE RESTROOM for client use. (Great since I have usually been driving for several hours before loading and unloading at this location)
The staff at this location are unprofessional and too busy goofing around to assist customers. Twice, profanity (f word) was broadcasted on the employee walkie talkies for everyone in the store to hear. A 20 foot truck with a defective tire and a car tow dolly with a broken tail light and a defective tire were rented to me. My family and I got about 50 miles outside of St. Louis when the treading on a rear tire flew off and bent the exhaust pipe on the truck. The exhaust melted a hole through the plastic skirting around the truck. Roadside Assistance arrived about an hour later. The roadside technician replaced the defective tire and straightened out the exhaust pipe. The technician notice a second defective tire on the car tow dolly while inspecting the equipment. He was able to replace that tire as well. The car tow dolly had a broken tail light that was dangling off the trailer. The roadside technician was also able to repair the broken tail light with a few zip ties. I am disgusted that U-haul sent my family and I out on the interstate with a defective truck AND a defective tow dolly on a cross country trip to East Texas. Someone could have died if the tire on the tow dolly had blew out causing an accident at high speed. A basic safety inspection of the truck and tow dolly would have revealed these defects as noted by the roadside technician. These 2 pieces of equipment should have been grounded untill properly repaired. This is no different than renting a vehicle with an open recall. It is irresponsible and legally actionable. Attention U-haul Corporate: SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN BEFORE SOMEONE DIES USING YOUR EQUIPMENT!
