Worse experience. Not only more than two hours late, the crew was a man short. I requested a three man crew to ensure we would be loaded, delivered to destination and unloaded as close to the four hour minimum as possible. Although there were three men in the truck upon arrival, the driver was "the owner", and apparently was above filling in for the missing third man. No, rather than stepping up to help the situation, he spent his time on the phone getting another guy out to our location. He said the third man would arrive in a half hour - which came and went. The third guy never showed up, apparently he was pulled over by our local police and taken to jail. That still was not enough for the "owner" to step up and help out. We were finally fully loaded by two guys in the minimum of four hours. But we still had to be unloaded in to a storage facility approximately 16 miles away. I gave specific directions for the quickest route to our storage location, they arrived 15 minutes after us. They took the longest possible route. The driver/owner said he went by the GPS directions. We were charged an additional two hours on top of the original four hour price to get us unloaded. Twenty-five minutes before the two hours was up, the owner warned we were going to be charged an additional hour because the two men had not finished. My husband instructed them to just get everything off the truck that we were paying another #!*! dime. So that is exactly what the two workers did. They must dumped the remainder of our belongings with little care where items were were put. Saddest thing in my opinion was due to the arrogance of the "owner" the workers did not get a tip, which I was well prepared to give each of them. You cannot be two and a half hours late and a man short and expect a tip. We did not receive the quality of service expected. Their name says it all.....Cheap Cheap Movers. You get what you pay for - lesson learned.
It was the worst experiance ever. They are not professional at all. They came late about 2 hours. They broke my furniture and some accessories and rejected to pay me for that.
Cheap cheap movers - Don't recommend them. The guy sounds nice but quotes one price and charges you another.
I am a veteran of the military and had to move my family. Nobody wants to move but let me tell you do not use cheap cheap movers. They are the worst of the worst. The alleged owner of the scam moving company comes across as nice but he is nothing but a hustler and cheating people out of their money. When you see them they come to your home looking like something that was dragged out of the gutter. They don't know what they are doing, they break your funiture, they move slow so that they can take longer and charge you more, there is no contract between you and them so you don't see what you are being charge. They have no office for you to go too when you have a problem just a phone number. The father and mother is in on the scam he talk too my wife and was very nice to her it's all for for show. when the final tally was added I was out 1700 and still had to go rent a U haul to go get the rest of my funiture. If you see them out there moving someone warn the person, I paid all that money and received nothing, the name doesn't say it all it should say rip off , scam artist, we don't know what we are doing movers. Who ever reads this do not use this moving company cheap cheap movers you will get ripped off. They hold your furniture hostage until you pay them for every trip. These guys are not even one star.
Also they do it slow and drag time to charge you more. Not a professional company. Look elsewhere
