We were very pleased with the moving experience we had with Dielman. Everyone was very professional. Terrance and Zach were very efficient and careful with our furniture. This was very different from our recent experience with another well know company in town. Great job and we will use them again.
The two individuals helping me move were both very quick and eager to help us move our requested items within our timing constraints. They were very courteous to avoid damaging walls when turning corners with mattresses and large furniture, and were very nice individuals all-around who knew what they were doing. We had an especially difficult king-sized mattress that was moved out of a basement which took quite a bit of elbow-grease to move, but they did not complain at all and were more than happy to help us with it. Our furniture was wrapped very well inside the truck and they adhered strictly to their policy to not let customers inside the truck to help due to liability reasons which I appreciate, in order to limit any liability to customer injury; so rest assured that all company policies were adhered to. They very slightly late to the appointed time, however they contacted us and clearly communicated that there was an accident on their route that was a cause of concern. We were very appreciative of their assistance and this was reflected in the gratuity that we offered. We will use Dielman again for our future needs.
5 guys came and loaded up a 2300sq ft house into two trucks. They took GREAT care in protecting my house and items. Protecting my floors and corners of walls...
The crew was prompt and professional and were easy to work with overall. However, I felt it was a little expensive and slow.

I disliked my experience with Dielman Moving, and I will never use them again. Nor will I allow anyone that I know to use them either. One of the employees who moved my family was a supervisor, and he was more than the most unprofessional individual I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, he was a complete creep! Throughout the 5 hour span that he was in my presence he continually made me feel uncomfortable. His behavior ranged from inquiring multiple times regarding the length of my marriage to my husband, to pulling up his shirt and actually "flexing" for me. It is a serious shame that the other two gentlemen who were moving me were not in charge, as they were extremely professional and kind, while showing me the utmost respect. The supervisor (whom this review is really for), made me help him move items in my home, including 2 large flat screen TV's and the kitchen table. He was condescending and rude. At one point, as my anger began flooding around me (due to this supervisor's behavior), he asked me if I wanted him to hug me. Be also relentlessly let me know that he "likes to make all his customers feel comfortable ". Thanks, you have the absolute opposite effect. The charter technician told me that the supervisor kept staring at me in a super creepy way every time I walked away from him. When the charter tech caught him, the supervisor looked at him and smiled. Then the supervisor stopped the tech and kept trying to get the tech to look at photos of his girlfriend on his cellphone. He then told me that he would take $20 off my bill if I gave this company a 5 star review. Way to be super ethical! By the time all of this finished I just wanted him out of here. I told him to place all of the boxes in the parlor, EXCEPT for the kitchen items, as I wanted those boxes to be placed in the kitchen. I know that he understood me, because he instructed the other movers to do just that. He proceeded to stack all of the fragile kitchen boxes on top of each other, in the parlor. The boxes then proceeded to fall down, which contain all of my dishes and glassware (pictures attached). I wish I could think of more at the moment, but I am too stressed already to be dealing with this.
Got everything to the new house and had a plan on how to move my items and make them fit without damage to my home or furniture. They took direction well and communicated very well with me. If something needed to be moved from one room to another it was no problem. All of this took only a bit over 6 hours. I WILL be using this ocompany again and hope to have the same great experience.
