Very diaorganized. Big dissapointment.
I would not recommend using this company. We moved within the city, paid $5700 for them to pack and move everything in a 3,000 sq. ft. house, and on the third day we were asked to pay an additional $700 to crate two mirrors (fine, but should've been discussed in advance). They forgot to pack the entire kitchen, forgot closets, forgot to pack a room full of miscellaneous lamps and items which were gathered from the house after the packing was done.
The salesman said they use top notch people who they pay a high premium for. Most certainly this isn't true. One of the movers asked for a tv and came after hours to pick it up - I felt this was highly inappropriate.
