Lisa was a very helpful, knowledgeable and patient sales person, as we laid around on mattresses on 2 different days before we bought one. I would definitely recommend her.
Very friendly and I love their clearance showroom, lots of good finds with no damages!! The name always made me think that this was only a place for beds but it is like any other furniture store with couches beds tables Etc.
Furniture selection is very subjective, but I didn't feel like Slumberland had anything that struck my fancy. The prices seemed a bit high, but not as high as others. I saw what I thought was more retro/modern selections, rather than classic/modern. I may stop in again someday.
It was our first time in and Stephen G. greeted us and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory and how it would match with our things. He helped us find a bedroom set and couch set all in one day! I would highly recommend. The products were good and the customer service was even better.
Warranty does cover the product, but you are on your own for delivery. (even if you already paid for it to be delivered once)
