Ashley matched a black Friday price advertised by JCPenney for he exact same dining set. JCPenney would have charged almost twice as much to deliver and couldn't promise prior to Christmas. Ashley HomeStore gave me a better deal and delivered and set up the exact same item within a week of my order. Delivery and set up was quick and courteous. Great experience.
Second concern was with the finance company you have selected to occupy space in your store. I'm older women and I do know I asked the male (between his personal phone call) if he could make my payments on the third of each month and calculate my payments to be paid for in 90 days. He assured me he could.
Just to paraphrase what was said --- we had to order that furniture. I personally felt that no payment should have been collected until I had possession of the furniture.
When I expressed this the person handling my account. No satisfactory compromise was offered.
To my surprise none of this was done. The finance is calling before payments are do. The male that assured me he could do that is no longer employed by finance company (What a surprise ).
Now I will be going to court to settle this matter,and definitely reporting the store and finance company to BBB and Attorney General.
I was completely satisfied with the bedroom furniture I purchased for my son. I would recommend Ashley furniture store to anyone looking to buy furniture. The employees are very nice and willing to help you find what you're looking for. The furniture is nice quality and I would definitely order furniture from them again!
Purchased some decor items and a couple of console tables from the So County store. Bill was excellent to work with! He wasn't pushy or aggressive at all. I picked what I wanted and he helped me with pricing, etc. The store's decorator, Greg, was amazing! He came over and offered me some options based on what I was looking for. Overall a very good experience!!!
Ashley furniture is perfect! This is the second time we have purchased and it won't be the last. Ask for Kim, we have dealt with her both times. She's very nice, understanding and personable. Not pushy at all....which we love!

I was very disappointed with delivery time that was promise to me, arrived several months later. I ended up paying for furniture I didn't have.When I expressed my concerns, an unsatisfactory response was given to me.
