Do not rent from here they will give you a big run around they will promise you all this stuff an want do nothing

I'm so far not having the best experience. I purchased a tv for rent to own 5 weeks ago. Was charged on my account to start the service. Waited 2 weeks heard nothing, so I called & was told it was because my application wasn't done which I wished I would of been called about because It literally had so much time wasted. So I had to come in, refill out the application and give more references and finally schedule a time for it to be delivered. After that, The day before my tv was suppose to be delivered I was called saying that my tv couldn't be delivered because he was still looking at the old application and wasn't given the new one I had filled out days before. Which there was so much back and forth of me telling him I did fill out a new one and I was told I would get a callback. Yet never did again, had to call and get told they found it. Tv gets delivered, has a while line on the frame inside the tv which I told when I called about it, they said that it's been a couple tvs of that brand that others have called about it and also as soon as I take a tape that surrounds the tv the screen off the screen, a certain spot of the tv makes the LED act up. I call and tell them everything that happened. I get told that I would get a callback. Received no call again, called again and they told me it would be a new one by that Wednesday. Come Friday, i have to call again because I received no call or delivery and had to remind them everything that happened again and had to go over the whole process again. New tv is delivered days after that and then I get a call back today, days later saying I'm being charged for the first tv because it was broken and it seemed as if the whole conversation I had on the phone never happened. Now I was called saying that I would get another callback on how much I will be paying which I'm sure I won't get another callback and they will just add it to my account. I wish I would of never signed with Aaron's again.
