I would not purchase anything from this JCPenney home store. I've waited over 4 1/2 hours on my delivery so far and it has yet to be delivered. I've also called to inquire what's happened 5 times and no one knows why it hasn't arrived!? I have never had an experience like this before and do not plan on purchasing anything else from a JCPenney store. The fact that I'm waiting on the delivery of a bed for my elderly mother just makes it even worse. Unless you have all day and night to wait on a possible delivery, I'd checkout Macy's or Sears. Definitely wishing now that I had just gone with Macy's since I would have spent about the same amount.
The sales person Mary was very helpful. She helped us pick out the right window coverings for a bed room window.
do not order furnitire from them you will be lied to, our sales person is not helpful, wont return calls she promises to make and going on 12 weeks when we were told 6-8 weeks. what a joke.
