I would give less than one star if I could. This particular Firestone has cost us 2500 in repairs because they failed to fix a simple problem. My boyfriend brought his car in because it was shaking badly. They said he had a cracked output valve on his transmission and they do not work on those. However, the car would drive fine, it just needed to be looked at sooner rather than later. They did NOT mention any damage to the U-joint. It is on none of our papers. LESS THAN A MILE AWAY THE UJOINT FAILED. The subsequent damage includes the driveshaft, a shifter, an oxygen sensor, etc. NO OTHER SHOP OR MECHANIC HAS MENTIONED THE OUTPUT VALVE. THIS WAS A SIMPLE FIX THAT HAS BECOME A HUGE PROBLEM.
Although I’ve come to this location twice because of its convenient location, I guarantee I will not be back. The staff were nice (this time), and it’s evident they’re understaffed but my first experience was an oil change I dropped off Saturday morning, never received a call that it was done, and picked up Sunday morning. As I write this I’m waiting here in the lobby for new tires, that were already delivered here, to be installed. I dropped the car off at noon...it’s currently 6:00PM. Over 12 combined hours of service for an oil change and tire replacement is just too ridiculous. I wish there was a justifiable refund for wasting my Sunday.
I really enjoy going to this location...it’s always clean and the technician Fallin Artis is always super helpful...I love the speedy service, Fallin always get me in and out...
Good, honest shop. One of the few open on Sundays. First come first serve. My brakes were shot. They didn't have time to replace the master cylinder but they did look at it for free and diagnose it. I got it repaired elsewhere the next day but their assessment was honest. The qoute was 300 and my super cheap shop fixed it for 250, so they are good with qoutes too. Will use them next time I need an emergency repair on Sunday.
