Sold me stuff I didn't need. Could have just as easily sold me what I actually did need. Would have been happy.

I went for an emissions inspection, I was able to get in and out within a half hour. I appreciate their fast service.
Needed wheel alignment. They don't do it, but said they could do the other work to get us ready for alignment - for $415. I go to the alignment shop, expecting to pay $95 because B&B claimed they did what I needed except for the alignment. I get the the alignment shop and get a $767 estimate for all the work that still needs done. When the second shop showed me the play in my ball joints, I knew I'd been lied to and ripped off.
I have went here multiple times and most of the time my stuff was done right. As of lately they have been screwing us over. First it was the horn I paid for it to be fixed and 2 days later it didn’t work again. Now for the most recent visit and the reason for the 1 star- we went in to get timing gasket replaced- they called me at 4:45 ( 15 mins before closing) to tell me it was ready and would be $250. Fine. I said we can’t make it in 15 mins we will be up there first thing in the morning. So we arrive as they are opening and give my bf the card to pay for it. He comes out and they have charged him another $100. FOR A GASKET! So I go to the bank not knowing they charged us another 100. When they told me I was pissed! I called b&b to tell them to refund the $100 and they wouldn’t.. they said after they called me they had to change something else and I had to pay for it because they had no choice! I think not! You can’t spend people’s money without their consent. She would NOT refund the money so I had to dispute it with the bank. In addition to all of this they didn’t screw the hood back on all the way and it almost flew off the car. They also got blue gasket seal all over the engine which is chrome so it looks like a child did the work. We will not be back. This kind of unprofessional and deceitful business deserves the star I gave them. Be honest with people. All they had to do is call me and tell me something else needed to be done and we could have discussed my options.. but none were given to me.
??? Has gotten worse used to go there all the time it's not like it used to be cheating my uncle bite someone that they put them converter and Muffler on the car and never did it watch what you do if you go here
