I just had some work done on my vehicle, my transfer case went out a month ago it was so hard being able to get around and I came across these guys and man, I must say that I was very very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. I really needed that reassurance That there are still good mechanics out there that care for their customers and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers! Thank you to all the staff including Ms.Chris......Mr. Mike you have a very solid business team and I really appreciate you getting me right! Now I know where to take my business!
Paid 59.95 for diagnostic, result was determined to be bad computer in my Van. $700.00 to repair. I declined repair and fixed the faulty solenoid in transmission myself for less than $50.00. I just made a 3000 mile trip with no issues. I would not deal with this group and would be suspect as some of the reviews here are by the owners themselves.
I've gone to this business for several maintenance issues over the last year. While they've done decent work in an efficient manner I don't think I would recommend others to go there. It may seem like a small issue but when I got maintenance done this week all of my change was stolen from the change dispenser. I found several coins littering the driver's side floor as well, further indicating someone had been fumbling with my coins. While the $1.10 they took won't break my bank it is indicative of the type of person they hire. How can I trust a mechanic to do trustworthy work on my vehicle if I can't even trust them to leave my spare change alone? I hope that dollar was worth taking because I won't be giving them my business in the future.
The customer service at Certified is amazing. They answered any questions I had and completed work quickly and accurately. The price was reasonable and I even paid less than originally quoted. I would definitely go here again for any transmission issues.
