Do your research before going here. They had a 12% rate increase because of weather? And when I try to move my policies to State Farm and give them 2 WEEKS NOTICE they still took money from my bank and it still hasn’t been refunded.

I am advising everyone to please ask a million questions about your new or current policy because , they are not upfront from the beginning with information regarding your policy. I never heard of insurance companies refusing to give their customers full refunds especially if they are the reason for the customer dropping their insurance. This company pretends to be caring and professional until you ask for a full refund then you see their true colors. I contacted them regarding my roadside assistance coverage after speaking with the insurance company they took me through. I don't like it when people use the word Sorry it means absolutely nothing if you don't really mean it don't say it. I was constantly told I'm sorry by everyone I spoke with but they didn't show it , this place operating on commission they care more about their commission than their customers. I wasted time and gas going to their south county location and was only there 10 or 15 minutes the agent that completed the process never explained my coverage or roadside assistance coverage to me. I informed the owner of this and the owner told me that she didn't have to explain my coverage , she only completed the payment process because I paid in cash. The owner basically robbed the agent that completed my process of her commission , the owner started out nice then got upset with me and put her husband on the phone. The next person I hear is a man saying excuse me sir I'm the office manager , I already knew exactly who he was because he gave me my quote. Most of the insurance companies I've had provided $5 dollars worth of gasoline to their customers in need of fuel. I ran out of gas and just because it happened at a gas station the owner told me that roadside assistance is for people who are stranded on the side of the road. I was broke I didn't have any money if I did I wouldn't have called roadside assistance to bring me some only to find out that the delivery of gasoline is free but , I had to pay for the gas I was not aware of this due to the fact that I am a new customer and my roadside assistance coverage wasn't explained to me. I received a small refund when I should received a full refund , it wasn't my fault the agent didn't inform me of how the company roadside assistance work. Several people have broken down and ran out of gas at a gas station and didn't have money for gas. But the messed up part about all of this I have to wait 30 days to receive my refund in the mail. I don't recommend this insurance company or any insurance company , that operates on a commission because they are not worried about you they want your money and to make a sale. Avoid all off brand insurance companies that nobody has heard of before you loose your money and waste your time.
This is not the person to go thru his wife is disrespectful doesn't not know how to talk to people on the phone he is a lair and a thief
All these people care about are themselves. I will not do business here again. I don’t feel like I am respected for the hard earned money I paid them.
Hard to get ahold of, not very helpful when it comes to paperwork. The whole point of having an agent is to have someone to service your policy. That’s what they get paid to do. But she still tells me I have to do it myself to avoid a “middle man”
