Agreed with the previous review. Worst service I've ever had. Added a renters policy on top of my auto policy without notifying me and was so rude when I called in for details. Yelled at me and even hang up my phone call. I'm going to inform all the WashU students to add this guy to black list and never buy car insurance from this guy. I'm filling complains against him through State Farm customer service and also filed complain on BBB and Attorney General of Missouri. I'm not going to let someone like him walk away with what he did. If anybody see this, please stay away with this agent. NEVER EVER EVER try it
Very very very bad agent. Never try it. The boss is so unhelpful and mean. When you get accident and try to ask for a help, he just put you away and kick you out from his office. Say mean words and do mean things, complaining you not put more money in his pocket to buy collation and you deserve it. Some of his employees are fine but there is nothing they can do due to such bad boss.
