Tracie and her team are wonderful! They are always very responsive and willing to help find ways to save money. I recently had to update my insurance info because I bought a new car and within a couple of hours I had a new card emailed to me by the Bibb team. They always go above and beyond. And, they have a super cute dog at the office as the agency mascot!
Ripped off! I paid my insurance on 10-23 for 60 dollars, cancelled it on 10-31 because it started getting cold (motorcycle insurance) and they tell me I OWE money (2 Dollars). WHAAAAT!!! I’m supposed to get a refund! Only 7 days went by or 6 days and I should get at least 50 percent of what I paid back. This is NOT how insurance companies are supposed to conduct business. Worst experience of my life and I’m never paying that $2.00 I “owe”
Tracie and her staff are top notch! Very kind and down to earth! I really appreciate their hard work on making sure I have policies that work best for me. A+ I recommend them as much as possible!
I recently had some storm damage and Tracie and her team were excellent to deal with. They made the claim process so easy and was so readily available to answer any of my questions. I never even met or spoke to my last insurance agent so having Tracie is a breath of fresh air. Nobody likes to deal with insurance but it is a must and you might as well have the best with Tracie!!
Love Tracie, we left for a few years cause I thought saving a few bucks was worth it. ( literally less than 10 dollars if I recall). That was the worst thing to do. Her and all her staff do top notch work, customer service is spot on. Never a delay in getting back to us or replying to emails etc. wouldn't take my business anywhere else. I learned my lesson.
