I've been Mark's client for several years. When I had a claim issue and complained about several problems with State Farms Insurance it went unheard. Mark gets a residual income off his insurance and that's all he cares about. I've never had an insurance agent that was so lazy in his duties (in business or privately).
Had a terrible experience with State Farm Claims where they would not address several errors they made on an auto claim settlement. Mark's office staff was responsive but could not resolve. I talked with Mark in person regarding these issues and he indicated he would look into it and get back to me. More than a month later, I never heard from him. It did not matter that I was a State Farm customer for more than 35 years!
Mark is an example of what an insurance agent should be. When something went wrong for our family on a Sunday he was there to guide us through the process.
