Terrible customer sevice. Called to get auto/home quote. Gave me great auto quote, but had to "call me back in 15 minutes" for a home quote. I called the next morning, he apologized for not calling me back. Told me he'd call me back "in 5 minutes tops" to work on the home quote. Still nothing. I called yet again, this time he put me on hold instead of not calling me back. Got the home info he needed then said he'd call me back w the quote. It's been days, still nothing. I did not call them back a 4th time. They operate on commission, you'd think they want the business. Their loss.
tedious claim process took days for them to approve claim still don't have a rental they call back when they say they and don't tell u wat u need to provide them, communication is terrible you have to stay on them

Bad services not a good company by any means I'm paying $130 month for liability on a car that's about to blow up cant make muy payments anymore but I'm guessing suicide will save the world some money not even able to get my rent rpaid but they don't care
