I called four times and was put on hold or cut off each time. It seemed the person on the other end of the phone didn't want to deal with me. Finally I spoke to a person who asked my name and last four to try to get me an appointment. They offered me an appointment over a month away and told me that was the earliest they had available. When I said I couldn't make it because it was so far out, they became upset with me and told me I wasn't being flexible and "you ain't giving me nothin to work with." Disappointing.
