I am a different person from the below comment about Dr. Busch, but yes, she was pretty decent. Except now, she has gone into private practice. Boy, did she seem glad, too.
Absolutely awful experience with every single thing. They say they will call with results, never do. Their online portal is a joke and never gets updated or responded to. In addition to false information on my chart the doctor never talked to me about. Don't even want to start on their total lack of empathy or courtesy. Go to BJC outpatient health for way better everything. I have no insurance and they didn't make me pay up front for anything. Then I applied for financial assistance and 90% of my bill was written off. DO NOT GO HERE!
