I was recently unemployed with limited funds and was fortunate enough to get two cavities filled for less than $100. The customer service was not the best, but in the end it worked out. Grateful for services like this for people in times of need.
If I could give zero I would. They want you to make an appointment even though you still have to wait not once but twice. Once to register then again once you get to the department your appointment is with. Got here at 9am, it's not 11:10 and I still have not been seen.
No point of having an appointment, your going to be qaiting forever anyway. My appointment was at 8:45 its 10:30 now and still nothing. Also, its bad enough that the PRN i see has a accent but she insists on mubbling and gets mad when i ask her to repeat herself.
Trying to avoid the ER so decided to go to Urgent Care. Called the clinic about hours, took two buses to get to urgent care and upon arrival was told it would be another hour until they opened. I had to leave to get to work on time. Sick and devastated....No customer service at all. What a waste of time money and energy.
I have been going to this clinic since I was kid my sister used to work for them they have great service to me they know me they know my children the pedS doctor is awesome yes the wait times may be long but I don't think I've ever had to wait for more then an hour It's all about your patience level and folks have to understand that's the most convenient location for ppl in that neighborhood If it's such bad service to u don't go back go somewhere that will over price u I give them a thumbs up
