AW Healthcare nursing staff (Sharon and Kathy) were great but the office personnel (Jim) is lacking in customer service skills. He called and asked me for credit card information to put on file without issuing me an invoice for my portion of the bill. Please keep in mind that my services started on Dec 5, 2016 and he just called me Jan 5, 2017 to gather this information. All he could say about the bill is that they don't give an itemized bill. My question is how will I know what I'm responsible for if you fail to send me a bill. Am I suppose to trust you with my debit card information so you can charge me whatever you feel is correct? I need to be able to verify the dates of services rendered before I pay anything. Would I recommend them to a friend or family ... probably not. Would I use their services again? NO! Thanks a lot JIM.
