Its really sad that this had been my primary care since I was in my moms stomach and them refuse to look at my chart when I'm coming in for a repeat problem.
I'm done calling. You're a doctor's office who has been stringing me along for a month. If you don't have appointments then save me my time. The people on your phones are rude. You're an embarrassment. I'm done trying and if you know what's good for you then you will be too.
Dr. Zinc is amazing but this lady Robin I had to see today was ridiculous. I come in with symptoms of strep... I tell her if you look at my medical history you will see I get treated the same way every time. She refuses to listen to me, argues with her patient and tells some bs story about of I have the adult version of croup because I said my son was sick with croup..... Full of it! I have no symptoms of my upper airways having any inflammation once so ever! If anything it a sinus infection if I'm wrong about strep. Robins full of it. Sorry family care you should check into her.. She is the most dismissive dr. I have ever seen ... Ever
My family and I have been at this clinic for about 12 years and we love everything and everyone in it We have been treated with respect from day one and sometimes is hard for them to acommodate everybody and some people get upset but they keep up with what they are good at and always with a little smile on their faces
Dr berg is the best he takes his time with you
I've been calling every business day at 8 for a month and get out on hold (even when I call right at 8) for at least 30 min and all I get told is there are no new patient appointments. Call tomorrow.

Also funny that I went right from there to an urgent care where my rapid step came back positive and was given antibiotics...
Dr.Glick is the only Doctor that i know who stands on the oath that he took. He saved my life as well as my wife's life with his understanding he was able to lead us to believe that life as we once knew it was possible. Most Dr's only want to hand out an addiction not help treat one that's too much like cleaning up their own mess. Thanks Dr.Glick and all the staff at Family Care Health Center on Holly Hills you've been more than patient with me and i appreciate it more than i can say,thanks
