Quality of shoe is better than I normally buy and so I didn't mind the price. However, the associate was crowding so much that I didnt feel I could take the time to try both shoes on before purchasing. In turn I handed her the box after trying just one on. We pay, leave, get home and...the shoes aren't the same. I'm pretty sure a shoe associate should know to check that.
Was in Journeys last night with my boyfriend and the guy that helped us was awesome! He was probably early to mid twenties, with plugs in his ears and tattoos. Best clerk we've ever had even when we sent him bsck to the stock room 5+ times. Made shopping easy and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Best of all, came home with an awesome pair of shoes!
