Going on a vacation soon and found a cute dress and swim suit on line. So I ordered all 3 items. Was so shocked that it was going to be fast and free shipping. Then I get an email the next day that only 1 item has shipped and others will follow. So I watch for my email to see when others have shipped out. Nothing days later so I call customer service just to check and see what's going on. I have ordered online from many stores and have never seen this before. They could only tell me that my items are estimated to be shipped by the 17th. I already knew that when I first purchased my items so wasn't helpful. When I ask for someone who can explain something I then get told they can look up to see if the items I purchased were still in stock! Excuse me I purchased them so they better be! And to my surprise half the order was out of stock and I wasn't going to be receiving them. And when I ask when I was going to be told this they didn't have any answers. I will never ever order anything online from this place again! They allow you to pay for items take days and days to process and they don't even have them? That's just crazy!
If you buy discounted merchandise at this store, calculate the savings yourself. Bought a Second Skin Shirt here today for 30% off, or so I thought. Original price $65, charged $56.50, questioned the discount and Lydia at the register tells me the charge is with discount. I get out to my car, calculate the discount and shirt should have been $45.50 before tax. Re-entering the store, I approach the counter. The lady there asks if I have a return and when I answer affirmatively, tells me to go around the corner and wait in line. When Ethan at register 2 tries to help me, he gets her involved. She states the charge is right based on $75 shirt without looking in my bag. I have to take the shirt out of the bag to prove it to her that by Nike's tag, its originally $65. She processes a refund. With the refund, a 3 hour, 15% off coupon prints, whereupon she states that when she processes the correct charge, she'll honor that coupon with the corrected charge. She proceeds with the corrected charge and tells me what it will be. But, I realize that amount is without the additional 15% off. Very politely, I ask her if she still wanted to honor the 15% coupon. With visible reluctance (big sigh), she processes the final charge and walks away. Ethan apologized and thanked me for my business. Update: Josh, the store manager, did call me today to make amends. I may possibly return shopping here but only because of him and his sincere effort to reach out and listen to my concerns.
