the employe Haden Jones, was a phenomenal help to my shoe game without him I was nothing. The guy with a mustache who looked like Zoro, was a amazing help and should take the head job.

Went for no tax sale, there was a sign in front of store read $20 off 100 or more so i purchased a pair of asics 109 dollars came to 117 total. Asics are excluded and added tax. I was so passed. I won't be going back to that store. They definitely lost 2 customers. Myself and my wife. She put hers back, I should have too just on principle.
Kendrick was especially helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my shoes. He was a very pleasant and nice person. Went out of his way to help me out with the right size kicks.☺
I tried to return/ exchange a pair of shoes due to the sole tearing away from the bottom only after a few times being worn. The manager Roberto was extremely rude and unprofessional to the extent of making accusations of how often the shoes had been worn and even putting his own foot up on the counter to prove how good his shoes still looked after "2 years of being worn". After declining my request for an exchange in the store by Roberto a quick call made to corporate and I have been promised a full refund.
My husband and I were treated horribly at this store. We were not greated when we came in, I found the shoes I wanted and the had to wait for every to get helped. But after the girl brought the shoes out, she got upset with me when I asked for another pair of Converse. Since I asked to try on a white pair and not a pair that had one white, one yellow. The girl never came back over so another young man was walking my way and I waived him down to help he looked past me to have another young man and said " a, help her" turned around and walked away. I told him what happen. He went to get the manager as I requested. The manager never came out so I didnt wait. I will never go back there. I would not recommend this Finish Line. I bought my shoes from Champs across the way with the help of Brice, and Kie who were not surprised by what happen at finish line as this is a regular practice.
