Make the extra drive to the west county location where the staff is always friendly and receptive to EVERYONE.
I placed an order in this store on a black Friday item that wasn't in stock. The associate assured me that I would be notified by email when my purchase arrived. I was never notified and my purchase never showed and now ive been told that there's no record of my purchase. I wasted $50 and still have to find another Christmas gift. Never again.
Great shoes, reasonably priced. Small selection but seems to always have what you need.
I placed an order in store for an bag that wasn't available in store and was supposed to pick it up a week later after it shipped to the store. Its been 3 weeks and it never came. No one at the store level can help me even though I know the exact time and date I made the purchase.
I bought some Larissi tan boots which I wish I would of looked in the box before leaving the store. I get home and the boots have some weird black marks on both boots not very happy about it. I take them back to exchange them for the black ones and this time I looked at the boots, the boots looked like they been warned and the girl who was helping me was annoyed by me because I didn’t want to pay for them. She was ready to go home but oh man the customer service there is horrible. I’m sorry that I was a difficult customer because I didn’t want to pay something used at the price. This girl made Aldo look bad, I’m taking my money elsewhere.
The sales reps (both black and white ones) only great "certain" customers who enter the store. I've gone in multiple times on different days to encounter the same experience. Very obvious and very rude.
