Biggest. Disaster. Ever. Absolutely zero organization while accepting patrons entry for concerts. I recent attended the Lady Gaga Concert on 16 November 2017. Literally stood outside after the doors opened "@6" until 8pm. Once I FINALLY made it inside, I was literally charged $5.50 for a bottle of water THEN WAS SERVED TAP WATER FROM THE SODA FOUNTAIN in a plastic cup. In review: menu said bottle water, served tap water from unclean soda tap that tasted like mold & lemon. Wow. Bathrooms were an absolute disaster. Garbage all over the floor in the bathroom & in the stalls. Disgusting sinks. No toilet tissue or paper towels. A total train wreck. The arena where the concert took place was filthy. The seats were crammed so tightly together that I could not sit comfortable the entire concert, nor was standing any better. Patrons were crammed in like sardines. What a joke. Venue in DESPERATE need of reorganization when filing in patrons, severe need of increased security & cleaning staff. Snack areas should be stocked to meet needs of patrons.
Let's Go Blues! Been coming to this arena since it was the Kiel Center. The upgrades this year have been nice but either way you can't go wrong with stopping by and seeing a hockey game! If I had it my way, though, the tickets would be a little cheaper. Concerts here are really fun too!
This place is great for concerts and of course hockey. (LET’S GO BLUES!) They’ve made several upgrades to the facilities over the summer that have really enhanced the experience. As a word of caution, avoid parking in the garage attached to the building, it’s impossible to get out efficiently.
Love Scottrade Center! Only been there for Blues games. Very happy that they did many updates through the arena which is amazing! They also updated the food and drink selections to reflect more of the St. Louis area has to offer which is so cool and makes games even more personal. Let’s Go Blues!
I saw Lady GaGa here. Great experience except for the 1.5 hour line I stood in to get through security. If it wasn't so cold out, it would not have seemed as bad. Poor planning and management of letting people into the building. Not all of the security check machines were being used. Poor use of time. People were angry.
