My scheduled airport pick up time was 9pm and I was not picked up until 9.45pm! I could have been home and back in that amount of time. Simply unacceptable. Spend the extra $3-5 and take more reliable transportation like an Uber/cab.
We had the unfortunate experience of having a really rude driver this morning leaving St Louis this morning, not only was he impatient, especially since our company paid some of his wages for the day, he was very rude and disrespectful to all of us traveling together. He told us his name was Tim. Not sure how many drivers hey might have named Tim, but this guy shouldn't have a job in customer service. He also made snide comments about how we were going to "make this lady late", however not a single person we picked up complained because they were having to rush to the airport. Not sure if a gratuity was added to the bill since it was prepaid by our company, but this guy certainly didn't deserve to get one.
Waited an hour for a prescheduled pick up at the airport. Skip this and just take the metro. It's way cheaper.
We've used them to go to the airport... clean vehicles, nice staff, and LOVED the text & email notifications! Highly recommend to those looking for an economical way to get to and from the airport.
30 minutes late for pickup. Call center told me they were right around the corner at 15 minutes late.
