I really don't like writing reviews... so I'll start with the positive.. They carry the dog food I feed all 3 of my large breed dogs! But I came in to give my new 8 week old puppy and my 10 week old a bath. Gal who sold me the was was very nice and said to ask a manager if I would be able to do both dogs under one was for $15. Together they are 38lbs. Washed the puppy and came back in, asked the manager and she was pretty blank and rude about it. Unpleasant and argumentative when I asked questions. She said "another dog will use more resources, like water." A friendly misunderstanding turned into an unpleasant experience. I understand, but honestly $15 for a self wash that incluses a brush, unlimited towels, water, and dryer.. it's pretty stingy to refuse a bath for two puppies. Boo. ):
Love this store for all my pet needs. They have all price ranges on food which I like because my little dogs eat more expensive grain free food, while my big dog eats cheaper food. Staff is always friendly too!
I have visited this location two times so far. Both visits I was helped by an employee named Jake. He was very knowledgeable in regards to any questions I had. Jake never tried to pressure me into buying anything and instead provided me with valuable information that answered all of my questions going above and beyond. For years when it came to my pets Petsmart or Petco was the go to. However after visiting Petsway and being helped by a stellar employee like Jake, I can promise you his store is my new go to. It’s nice to know that their are still employees that care more about helping the customer and their pet’s wellbeing than making a sale. Two thumb up to Petsway and Jake!
The assistant manager Samantha is the most amazing person I have met working with dogs for 25 years. She is truest amazing. Great place full of knowledge and not just trying to sell you stuff. I really got educated here.
I have never been so pleased with a pet store! I have pet rats and love them dearly but very few stores carry anything but bottom end and frankly not good for them food and toys. Abigail and Samantha were great! The fact this store carries Oxbow food is wonderful. The fact what rats were had were not simply feeders and had been socialized was astounding. Great job and keep it up! I will be back as long as the good products and people remain the focus!
