This place is very neat, you can find almost anything you want here! But, what makes think this place deserves a 1 star rating is the fact that their reptiles are placed in way to small enclosures. They have no room to move around for the most part. They had a tree Python in a super small enclosure a few months ago on the left side of the store (by the lizards) he had absolutely no room to move. It's very common to go there and see many reptiles without water. The staff is a 50/50 chance of being very nice and helpful or rude and they ignore you. You can go there to get two mice and it could take 30 minutes to get those and check out. Personally I think their live rats/mice are a little over priced. I would recommend not coming here but these poor reptiles need to find their forever home. So do not stop giving them business!

Good selection of everything aquatic and reptile... however it's very dirty and small. Animal care is not great.

Been going here for years... the workers are very knowledgeable....and very helpful with your questions... would not go anywhere else

I come to this place very often. I enjoy the people as well as being able to just look around and see what they have. I am constantly buying new things for my collection and they have ordered for me as well.

Either way I love this place and will still always come back but hope my review helps from a very social regular friend of the shop.

I don't have any complaints other then people do need to be treated when coming in. You are constantly trying to remodel and fix the place up, which I like a lot because making a tiny store work can sometimes be hard.

I would rather give zero stars but I cant. The store stank of urine very bad. Several snakes did not have water. I went in to buy a feeder mouse for my pinesnake and I left empty handed. The employees ignored us. The feeder mice were not in good shape what so ever. It looked as though several mice were dead in the cage they were kept in. They had stacks of baby snacks in plastic containers through out the store without water and without a heat source. I am beyond appalled and shocked by the condition of the animals and store.

You make sure they have water and are eating which is very very good. The only thing I wish is that you guys didn't sell small furry pets. Like degus and sugar gliders because they over populate and you don't know if one is pregnant. Maybe sticking to everything else is best. :).
