I love the lobby and food in this hotel. The rooms look like vomit though. Looks like they haven't renovated since the 70s. Booger green carpet and decor. Most of the staff are super nice...except for most of the front desk staff from the evening...morning staff at the front desk is wayyyyy nicer.
You know, this is a pretty nice hotel. It was our second visit here. We chose it this time so that we could drop our Avis car rental off and walk back to hotel. The morning airport shuttle was also nice, but busy (about 20 people waiting). Not so sure we will come back. The hotel is big and busy. Had to wait to check in. Both times we visited our room was about a 5 minute walk with luggage and young kids in tow. Just too big for our needs for a quick overnight rest before flight.
Was over charge twice and had to call my travel agency to get refund. Travel agency had to call the hotel for refund. Staff did not clean room and had to contact front desk. Slow drain tub contacted staff and Nothing was done to the tub. Wife lost a very important and valuable item. We went back to the hotel to retrieve it but the staff was cleaning our room and the item was missing. We did make a complaint but still no ring. We have to staff and the supervisor. For some reason they didn’t see anything. Love the restaurant and staff also the front desk staff is very professional. Jdoesn’t get things done in a timely manner. Will make arrangements with another hotel when we come back.
The room was clean and quiet. The staff friendly and helpful (especially our late night shuttle driver!) The breakfast buffet was my favorite part, lots of fresh fruit, protein, custom omelette and great service. We will definitely be back.
The hotel location was great. It was near the airport about 5 minutes by shuttle bus. This hotel had buses every 15 minutes which was great. Our room was nice just like the pictures. The room temp was cold but nice!
