My husband and I were in St Louis for a dr appt. And happened across this jewerly store. Our 25 anniversary is coming up and thought just for fun we would look around. Little did I know a week later we were going back to pick up the ring we looked at. First impressions are everything to me and speaking with Van, right away I felt at home. He and his staff were wonderful. Not only do I have a new stunning diamond, but know we would go back because we had such a great experience!
Have purchased a few pieces for my wife from Vinciguerra . They've been extremely helpful with suggestions for a novice and just have great customer service overall . It's also nice having them right downstairs in my building!

After having a bad experience at another jeweler downtown, I ventured to Vinciguerra jewelry to see if they could help me separate two links I had already taken out of my watch. I was shipping a watch and links separately that day so I could not wait until I got home to do it myself. I walked in and immediately began talking with Van about my grail watch and other watches that had peaked my interest. We talked for 45 minutes or so and he separated the two links free of charge!! Needless to say this gentlemen was very personable and I will be bringing my higher end watches here in the future.
