Went there to get a diamond appraised. They were very friendly and thorough. He took a long time to examine it carefully, explained everything he did, and gave me an honest assessment, and he didn't even charge me for it.

My fiancé had his Grandmother’s ring resized to fit me as an engagement ring, and MSG was fantastic. We decided to get out wedding rings there, and when I called to set up an appointment, Mike Jr was AMAZING. My fiancé has recently moved to KC, so he had to make a special trip to the area to get the rings finalized. Mike was incredibly accommodating, and gave us a special rate for traveling to buy from them. Christa helped us as well. I am so so happy with our purchase, and his mom helped me today. MSG has without a doubt has the best customer service I have experienced. My husband and I got both of our wedding bands and also my engagement ring from this shop. From day 1 they have been extremely helpful in helping us with picking out our rings, sizing, and even soldering mine together. All around 5 stars.
I want to take a minute to thank the staff at MSG Jewelers. If you have ever considered designing a custom ring, these are the people to help you through the process! George was amazing as was everyone at the store. It was easy and affordable; they walk you through each step of the process. My (now) husband made numerous trips to the store to discuss what he had in mind. They were gracious, understanding and patient with all of his questions and concerns, and they were just as patient with me as we designed the wedding band to go with my engagement ring. I now have an amazing engagement ring and wedding band, a new jeweler, and we are happy to call them our friends. I can’t wait to buy my next piece of jewelry! We won’t go anywhere else!
