THIS PLACE IS HELL!
Had only had been engaged for 3 weeks when one of the diamonds came out. We took it back in and was told that it could take up to 4 weeks to get it back with a replaced diamond of the same quality. I called them today to check the status of my ring and was told now that it could take up to 6 weeks before we get it back! Needless to say...I am not happy! It's holiday time and we have no ring to show our family and friends after announcing our engagement.
Nice selection of jewelry but the staff members aren't really courteous. They assume and make their own judgements about whether or not you could afford something there without even talking to you.
Great customer service. If you buy a wedding band, make sure to make quarterly visits for your warranty inspections!

I had an issue with a stone coming out on MY BAND and I sent it back they buffed the top diamonds of my rings down! WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD WANT A SMALER TOP DIAMOND ! needless to say they did not touch the prong they were supposed to. The manager did what I asked for got me a new ring not requiring to pay for another warranty because THEY messed up my ring. Well, the new ring is even more flat that my original ring. I called the district manager he is an UNPROFESSIONAL! He wouldn't let me explain my self and all he kept talking about how they lost money on me IDC , THEY RUINED MY RING!!!! Talking to him was like talking to the wall getting me no where, he yelled at me, told me I am stupid and did kept saying that my ring is fine. I THINK I WOULD KNOW WHAT MY RING LOOKED LIKE I WORE IT FOR A YEAR IN A HALF EVERYDAY! He kept insisting that my ring was not touched when the guys who did buffed it down even admitted to it. I am deffinetly persuing help with someone above him, hoping they are not rude like he was and I will let them know about his rude and unprofessional behavior! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
