The customer service there is so awesome. The people are so great and help beyond ways you can't imagine. The only reason I gave it three stars is because they're kind of pricey and because of the problems people have had with Kays company. Not this specific location though. Hopefully when my wife wedding ring and band comes back everything is ok and I can give it 5 stars.
We will NEVER go back to Kay's.

My husband was looking for a beautiful bracelet and passed by kay jewelers.
This store lied to us, took a hit on our credit all to get a sale instead of us going to Zales where we know we would get interest free without putting money down.

I'm sorry you're the one treating me like I stole rings, then making me give you all my info, THEN having me call him and pick his brain to get information from him AFTER I already told you TWICE he will not remember. "Well you gave us many different places where he could of bought it" Yeah! Because that's where he was stationed so look them up! Unbelievable!!! This place and that woman can go to hell
I had to call the bf and ask 1,000 questions and explained to the lady "assisting me" that he won't remember... he's been blown up TWICE in Iraq...

Since it was the holidays he got a good deal on a bracelet well over $1000 so he was ok with opening another card to utilize the discount and interest free.
I had broken a chain on a necklace my boyfriend had gifted to me and was able to purchase a warranty on the spot to cover the repair or replacement. While i must have missed the apparent email saying my repair was finished, i called the store and was told it was ready. I picked the necklace up in a hurry and didn't realize it was replaced with a longer chain than I previously had. I brought it back in and Jamie was super helpful in fixing the error and putting me back in the right size chain. Excellent customer service when things didn't go exactly right! If only more shops could have service and employees like Jamie!
He told the associate we have a Zales card and they mentioned if we opened a Kays card we would get interest free.

I was there this morning to get a bridal set appraised, my boyfriend wanted to sell them. He bought them years ago when he came back from one of his deployments. It was myself and a friend, the lady that took over was so rude to me that it was making my friend uncomfortable and the few older ladies there just staring at me. She was making it look like I STOLE the rings. I had to give them all of my information and wanting to know the history of the ring where it came from..etc..
We called customer service and told us the only way we would be able to get interest free was to put 20% down.
