Ruined my Mother's Day with horrible customer service and the worst management i have seen. Went in on Apr 20th and bought a ring from Juliette, she promised it would be back from being sized between Apr 24-30th and she measured my finger for an accurate size..... took my name address and phone number. May 1st still hadn't heard so i called and another girl said it wasn't in yet but assured me Juliette(WHICH IS THE STORE MGR) would call me back. never could get a call back from her then on May 9th got an email saying that they didn't have my ph number or address even though i gave it to Juliette. ..........called again and a girl said it would be in on may 12th, TWO WEEKS AFTER JULIETTE PROMISED!!! Picked it up on may 12 and it was the wrong size, would not even go on my finger and the stone was a different color. Juliette did not even give me a box or a bag but just handed it to me like it was a dirty sock . ..,...........AFTER DROPPING IT ON THE FLOOR! .....,I returned it the next day n got a refund .....If this is the kind of management Rogers &Hollands promotes I will never buy another piece there!
I purchased my wife's wedding ring from this store, with the life time warranty. We took the ring in because a stone fell out. They told me it would take a month to fix, that's fine. A month past and no word. I called them every week for the next month trying to get an update. This had been two months now since I dropped it off. Finally they told me the insurance company offered a buy out on the ring after the first two weeks it was there!! No one told me this. And apparently after 72hours after a buy out is issued, they assume you accepted and destroy the ring!!!! They destroyed the ring without consulting me or my wife. Done with this place. I would recommend staying far away from this store and company.
My daughter's vintage engagement ring had a sapphire that had fallen out. She took it to Rogers and Holland in South County Mall, St. Louis, MO. It has now been 4 months, and my daughter still doesn't have her ring back. They have given her and myself the run around, no straight answers as to WHEN we will get this ring back. NO APOLOGIES for their horrible service, even blamed my daughter for having brought her ring there in the first place (????). No one has attempted at communicating with us. My daughter has called them every 2 weeks to check on her rings status. Run around, run around, run around. Managers Michelle and Juliette are RUDE, UNSYMPATHETIC, DEFENSIVE, and UNWILLING to provide any solution to the problem. We still don't have the ring back, and no solution is insight......
