Everyone is very helpful - so much so I actually wanted to leave a review. I could barely look around a section before someone asked if I needed help looking for something (and NOT with the "I have to ask you this/I hate my life" attitude). I gave vague descriptions and everyone knew exactly which aisle the products are in. Much better experience than most big box stores I've visited.
Worst Home Depot I have been to. Out of stock on items and old product. I went there today to buy window glazing compound. I got home and the product was old and dried out. I have had problems like this before from this store. Will not go back to this one again. POS
After being on hold more than than ten minutes, I was transferred to someone who "wasn't supposed to answer the phone" who refused to transfer me or answer my questions, THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I SHOULD HAVE TRIED A LOCAL COMPANY FIRST. I will be going to the local m and pop shop, or I guess it's an extra 2 miles to Lowe's for better service.
The blind leading the stupid, you better know what u want, and hope they didn't move it. Nobody has a clue. If handicapped , beware, displays blocking isles. 3 JUNK Handicapped carts , 1 broke,
Great service, very friendly customer service, but they didn't have everything I want, but they usually have what I need for an older home.
