Sunday comes, and I receive another call stating “we actually don’t have your fridge.” Not sure how that’s possible, since it was confirmed the day before. Incredibly frustrated at this point, I call back on Monday and am told “not sure why they didn’t deliver it, we have the fridge”… doesn’t take a lot to put it together WHY my fridge wasn’t delivered on Sunday. After calling AGAIN, I was reassured my refrigerator would be delivered on Tuesday. At this point, I just want this over with. So they agree to deliver it at 5:30pm. At 5:20pm, I receive a call saying they are still 40 minutes away…. I patiently wait and when they arrive I am told the refrigerator is the floor model… with scratches… and when I take a look, it’s the wrong fridge….

I frequent this location often and have spent lots of money and time here so this review isn't from 1 visiit. I usually find what I need, not always with help. Could definitely work on customer service and why is anyone working there that can't learn the store layout. All the employees should just about know what's in each aisle. Slow , slow service. Sometimes rude sometimes not. I know the store so well now that I should work there. Step it up Lowe's your reputation isn't looking great

Needless to say, I was not happy. I was promised the issue would be resolved and someone would “immediately” fix my problem. Why I believed him, I’m not sure. I wait for a call. No call. So the next morning, I call to ask where my refrigerator is… am placed on a call with a manager who had an attitude, and was told I ordered the wrong fridge. Nope. I have the email. It says what I ordered. After going rounds, she tells me I have to call and talk to the appliance specialist. I call the appliance specialist at Loughborough…. And I am hung up on. At this point, I’m done with that location.

Somehow, after purchasing the refrigerator online, I ended up with the Loughborough store for this appliance. After I made my purchase, I was called and told they had canceled my order, as their systems were not up-to-date, and the fridge needed to be purchased from Fenton. Annoyed, but trying to be understanding, I repurchased the fridge online from the Fenton store. I had to have the price adjusted online, as it rang up a different price, which took significant time as well. Still annoyed, but once again trying to be understanding, I waited for a call regarding delivery. The next day comes, no call on delivery. I contact the customer service line, asking why I hadn’t heard from anyone, and they tell me it’s been moved until the next Wednesday. Would have been nice to know. I explained that weekends work better for me with my work schedule, so they tell me they will have it there on Sunday. Ok great. Saturday comes, I receive a call from the Loughborough store (it still ended up going back to that store, so why I had to cancel it makes NO sense) stating they have “too many deliveries” so can they move the delivery date. After I explain about my work schedule, they tell me “no worries, we will have it there tomorrow (Sunday).”

I cannot say enough great things about this location! They went WAY above and beyond to assist my dad who has aphasia! Seriously can't thank them enough.

What a rough experience. I am in the middle of remodeling my kitchen, and I had previously purchased 3 new appliances from the Kirkwood location. Those went great, so I decided the price and time was right to purchase my refrigerator.

Moral of the story. Do not go to this location, and do not order online. I am a fan of Lowe’s, but each person I spoke to and interacted with at the Loughborough store was less then friendly, did not care, and provided no acknowledgement for the experience I had. Do yourself a favor, go to a different location.

Waited for 20 minutes for two guys to find more of these. They said they were going to get them then I found the guys in the back helping someone cut wood. So I left my cart of concrete by the door and went to home depot to get what I needed

Past the point of frustration, and ready to take my business elsewhere, I physically go to Lowe’s in Kirkwood. Jake and Ryan were so friendly and nice, took care of me immediately, and had my fridge in my home by 11am the next day.
