Used to frequent this location but today I went in for an attic fan belt. The employee I asked who by the way was a real prick. I had an attic fan belt in my hand and ask him where are the belts were I needed one for an attic fan and he told me to go to an auto parts store and I said really this is an attic fan belt real dismissive like in the way he looked at me was as if as if I was stupid to bring an attic fan belt into a hardware store looking for that. So I told him to get no I'm looking for an attic fan belt. He then told me very rudely I just told you we don't have any belts here which isn't even what he said in the first place. Anyway I know it's Petty but if you want to be disrespectful to your customers I won't be one of them ever again this location will never see my business again so you can think that gray-haired a******.
I have always had a great experience here, until today. I asked a lot of questions about sanding certain surfaces, and the sales person seemed annoyed. Never asked if I was an awards member, so now I have to have to have someone else award me my points

I try not to go to this store. They always close earlier than time posted on line and on the door. Just needed 2bags of sand this evening and got there at 543pm and was told i would have to wait til tomorrow because the gate was locked. Very aggravating. Not sure how they stay in business. Wont be going back.
